1. SELF-AWARENESS
The process of waking up and looking back to move forward. Using the power of reflection + learning mindfulness + self-compassion skills. Identifying your patterns, triggers, self-sabotaging behaviours, your limiting beliefs, all the things that have kept you playing small and are currently blocking you from the life you want to live.
2. HEALING & REPROGRAMMING
The process of digging deeper to where it all began and rewriting your belief system. Healing your wounds, changing patterns and working through triggers to rewire your brain so that you start creating true, lasting behaviour change and making different choices.
It’s in this part we begin to use therapy tools like parts therapy, EMDR, Inner child or somatic work.
We focus on finding the tools that work best for you in this process, as everyone is different. Accessing the subconscious mind is at the forefront of this step.
3. SELF-TRUST
The process of integrating. Learning how to rely on self, developing and refining your unique healing method to use for the rest of your life. Showing yourself over and over again that you hold your power and that your worthiness is always yours.
This is one of the most crucial steps, where you begin using your therapy tools in your daily life as “self-work”, to help you work towards your personal and professional goals. Building confidence in yourself that you can navigate challenges and blocks as they come up using all that you have learnt inside this program - these will be the life-long therapy skills you use the rest of your life as you keep growing, evolving and changing.

Coaching others through some of their darkest, deepest and most uncomfortable feelings is the greatest honour. I care deeply for my clients and my role as a coach, is to help you learn the skills of self-compassion and forgiveness, and understand HOW to get connected to who you are at your core and then support you in making the, sometimes scary choices and decisions, to create the life you truly want to lead.
Simply put, “when you’re inside the frame, you can’t see the full picture”.
My role, as a coach, is to help clients zoom out, and see the full picture of their life. Rather than looking back in 5 years time, with the wisdom that time so cruelly brings, a coach can create that same widened perspective of your life now, as it’s happening, and guide you through the process of waking up to your patterns, call you out on your self-sabotage and support you in making aligned choices, having courageous conversation, setting boundaries with yourself and others, and prioritising your healing and development.
Now for the therapy component: I’ve taken the time to train in a wide range of therapy tools, because what works for one person looks completely different to another. Each of these therapy tools have their own value, and personalisation is a huge focus of mine. I’ve seen too many people attempt to heal and grow by copying a method or therapy tool that just doesn’t work for them - at no fault of their own, and end up feeling more stuck and shameful than when they started.
I love going on the journey with each client to discover the best and most efficient ways to access their unconscious blocks and core wounds that are holding them back, and then teaching each client how to do this self-therapy in simple steps for the rest of their life.
