MINDSET TRANSFORMATION COACH

Hey, I’m Kathleen!

A Mindset Coach who specialises in helping people to build belief, self-worth and trust in themselves so they can create the life they want.

It’s my passion to support people in working through their fears, pains, and wounds, so they can realise their potential and make big changes in their lives.

I’m a trained leadership coach, specialising in parts therapy, somatic work, inner child healing and EMDR. I work with a range of approaches with my clients, focussing on developing my clients to become leaders within their own life, finding their strengths and authenticity again, to show up as the most unbound version of themselves in the world.

MY WORK

I guide clients through my Mindset Transformation Method to create breakthroughs in all areas of their life. Teaching them how to build self-trust + inner confidence and how to finally start feeling worthy of having it all.

I believe in the ripple effect. When one area of your life is off, be it your relationship, your health, your career or how you feel about yourself, this will ripple into all other areas of your life, creating self-doubt, comparison, fear, insecurity and ultimately, self-sabotage when it comes to your dreams, desires and goals.

I’m passionate about empowering others to ditch the quick-fix solutions, daily affirmations, 5 day cleanses and challenges, to instead, boldly and openly begin to dig deeper and identify the root cause of the current mis-alignment in your life.

I support people in discovering the beliefs and blocks that have been holding them back from creating their dream life and being who they deeply feel, they are meant to be.

MINDSET TRANSFORMATION METHOD

 

1. SELF-AWARENESS

The process of waking up and looking back to move forward. Using the power of reflection + learning mindfulness + self-compassion skills. Identifying your patterns, triggers, self-sabotaging behaviours, your limiting beliefs, all the things that have kept you playing small and are currently blocking you from the life you want to live.

2. HEALING & REPROGRAMMING

The process of digging deeper to where it all began and rewriting your belief system. Healing your wounds, changing patterns and working through triggers to rewire your brain so that you start creating true, lasting behaviour change and making different choices.

It’s in this part we begin to use therapy tools like parts therapy, EMDR, Inner child or somatic work.

We focus on finding the tools that work best for you in this process, as everyone is different. Accessing the subconscious mind is at the forefront of this step.

3. SELF-TRUST

The process of integrating. Learning how to rely on self, developing and refining your unique healing method to use for the rest of your life. Showing yourself over and over again that you hold your power and that your worthiness is always yours.

This is one of the most crucial steps, where you begin using your therapy tools in your daily life as “self-work”, to help you work towards your personal and professional goals. Building confidence in yourself that you can navigate challenges and blocks as they come up using all that you have learnt inside this program - these will be the life-long therapy skills you use the rest of your life as you keep growing, evolving and changing.

 

THE MAGIC OF COACHING & THERAPY

PARTS THERAPY, SOMATIC WORK, INNER CHILD HEALING AND EMDR.

Coaching others through some of their darkest, deepest and most uncomfortable feelings is the greatest honour. I care deeply for my clients and my role as a coach, is to help you learn the skills of self-compassion and forgiveness, and understand HOW to get connected to who you are at your core and then support you in making the, sometimes scary choices and decisions, to create the life you truly want to lead.

Simply put, “when you’re inside the frame, you can’t see the full picture”.

My role, as a coach, is to help clients zoom out, and see the full picture of their life. Rather than looking back in 5 years time, with the wisdom that time so cruelly brings, a coach can create that same widened perspective of your life now, as it’s happening, and guide you through the process of waking up to your patterns, call you out on your self-sabotage and support you in making aligned choices, having courageous conversation, setting boundaries with yourself and others, and prioritising your healing and development.

Now for the therapy component: I’ve taken the time to train in a wide range of therapy tools, because what works for one person looks completely different to another. Each of these therapy tools have their own value, and personalisation is a huge focus of mine. I’ve seen too many people attempt to heal and grow by copying a method or therapy tool that just doesn’t work for them - at no fault of their own, and end up feeling more stuck and shameful than when they started.

I love going on the journey with each client to discover the best and most efficient ways to access their unconscious blocks and core wounds that are holding them back, and then teaching each client how to do this self-therapy in simple steps for the rest of their life.

WHY WORK WITH ME

Alright, let’s get vulnerable babeee! Let me share some of my story with you…

The reason I’m a great coach is because I’ve been where you are, and I’m often there with you.

I’ve got daddy + mummy issues, big ones.

Trust issues, yeah I’ve got them too.

I often worry I’m too selfish.

I fear what people will think about me every time I hit post on Instagram.

I’m recovering from an Eating Disorder and have big history with binge drinking.

I’ve lied, gotten defensive, triggered and gone back to the same guy I knew was no good for me, more times than I can count.

And for years, I thought attention or sex = love

I’ve made plenty of mistakes and will make many more. This is my human-ness shining through, and it always will.

This vulnerability has given me the ability to connect, relate and create a safe space for others to share their struggles, their shame, their deepest fears and insecurities.

Mindset Transformation is a life-long journey, and I can’t tell you how proud I am of how far I’ve come and I’m so grateful to now get to witness this journey within others.

I’m different, I coach differently and I’m so overwhelmingly proud of my creation, The Mindset Transformation Method and the impact it’s had for people hundreds of people all over the world.
